A minimum of 10 years progressively responsible experience in human resources management or a related area. Experience in recruitment and benefit administration or training. An advanced University degree (Masters Degree or equivalent) in Public or Business Administration, Human Resources Management or a related area such as Education or Social Science. A relevant combination of academic qualification and extensive experience in human resources management or a related area would also be considered. Fluency in spoken and written English or French; knowledge of a second official UN language is an advantage and sometimes a requirement. Fluency in a local language may be essential.
