A minimum of 10 years progressively responsible experience in human resources management or a related area. Experience in recruitment and benefit administration or training. A relevant combination of academic qualification and extensive experience in human resources management or a related area would also be considered. Fluency in spoken and written English or French; knowledge of a second official UN language is an advantage and sometimes a requirement. Fluency in a local language may be essential.
